Transcript Requests

All current and former Novi High School Students can request their transcripts electronically through Parchment. 

Current students (Class of 2024 - Class of 2027) can order transcripts here free of charge. This includes transcripts needed for a self-view, to submit for insurance rates, or driver's education. 

Alumni transcripts are also requested through Parchment. Transcripts requested online are sent securely to the colleges, universities, or scholarship funds that you select. You may track your request online. You will also receive an email notification when we approve your transcript request and again when your transcript is mailed (or delivered electronically, based on the delivery preference of the destination that you selected). 

All graduates will be required to pay by credit card on Parchment. If you do not have a credit card or would prefer to pay by money order or cash please email Christina Alex at christina.alex@novik12.org.

Students or alumni  who are requesting paper copies of any documents for international schools should email Christina Alex, then deliver the document in person to the Student Services Office at Novi High School or email back to her. A $5.00 fee per certificate or transcript will apply to international school document requests. Fees may apply to current students depending on the quantity of documents requested. This is payable by cash or money order (payable to Novi High School). You will be notified when the documents will be ready to be picked up and what charges apply.
