Alternative payment for activities and fees

Alternative payment for activities and fees

Novi High School Orchestra Boosters now have an alternative way for families to pay for fees and activities. In addition to cash or check, payment may now be made directly between bank accounts using Zelle. It is very important when using Zelle to note in the Memo space the NAME of the student and the PURPOSE of the payment.

How To Pay Using Zelle

All online banking is set up uniquely, but here is an example of how to set up a payment to the Novi Orchestra Boosters through a bank:

When logged in, click on option “Pay & Transfer,” then “Pay Bills & Send Money With Zelle.”
Choose “My Zelle Recipients,” then click on “Add New Recipient.”
Select “Send Money with Zelle.”
Type in the name you would like to assign to the recipient, such as “Novi High School Orchestra Boosters.”
Type in the following address in the space for Email: nhsorchestrat@gmail.com.
This is the email address set up by the Orchestra Booster treasurers.
Once you have created the Zelle link, you can transfer funds from your account to the Orchestra Boosters’ account to make payments.
When making a payment, please note the student’s name and purpose for the payment (banquet, orchestra fees & camp, etc). If you do not do this, our treasurers will not know where to apply the funds.

Can I Still Pay by Check/Cash? Yes! Zelle is just another option for families who prefer to make online

payments. Checks or cash are also perfectly acceptable.

EARN CASH REWARDS FOR NOVI HIGH SCHOOL ORCHESTRA

Friends and family can now earn money for the Novi High School Orchestra program while grocery shopping. By linking your rewards shopping card online, Busch's and Kroger will donate a percentage of your regular purchases to our music program. It’s easy, costs Novi families nothing, and takes just a few minutes to set up. Funds go toward things as varied as uniforms, instrument maintenance, and fun activities for the kids. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, and friends can also participate.

Busch's Cash For Education

Busch’s awards Cash for Education earnings quarterly.

To enroll, it is necessary to have a
Busch’s card.

On the Busch’s website, login in to your account.
In the top right corner, hover over the icon with your name and choose “Cash for Education” on the drop down menu.
Choose “Novi Orchestra Booster” on the organization drop down menu.
You can select to add organizations quarterly, or check the box “Add to Future Quarters” to earn for the entire calendar year.
Click the “Add” button, and you are all set to begin earning for the Novi High School Orchestra program!
Thank you! You can view the amount you have earned for an organization when logged in by going to the Cash for Education webpage.

Kroger Community Rewards

Kroger Community Rewards also awards earnings quarterly. To enroll, it is necessary to have a Kroger card.

On the Kroger website, login to your account.
In the top right corner, hover over the icon with your name and choose “My Account” on the drop down menu.
On the menu along the left side, click on “Community Rewards” (near the bottom).
Search “Novi High School Orchestra Boosters” or FS547 under “Find an Organization.”
Click on “Enroll” and you are all set to begin earning for the Novi High School Orchestra program!
Thank you! You can view the amount you have earned for an organization when logged in by going to the Community Rewards webpage.
